Returns & Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final
Due to the personal-care and hygienic nature of light-therapy devices, all Radia products are sold as final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed, with the limited exceptions described below. By completing your purchase you acknowledge and accept this policy in full.
Order Cancellations
Orders are submitted to fulfillment immediately upon purchase and cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded after the order is placed. Please review your cart, address, and product selection carefully before completing checkout. Address corrections requested after dispatch are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives with a verifiable manufacturing defect or transit damage, you must notify us in writing within 72 hours of delivery, with clear photographic and video evidence of the unopened outer packaging, the damaged item, and the shipping label. Claims submitted outside this window or without complete evidence will not be accepted.
If a defect claim is approved at our sole discretion, your remedy is limited to a replacement of the same item only. Cash refunds are not offered.
Non-Returnable Under Any Circumstances
- Any item that has been opened, used, or had its hygiene seal broken
- Bundle, set, gift, sale, promotional, or discounted items
- Gift cards and digital products
- Items reported lost or damaged outside the 72-hour window
- Items returned without prior written authorization
- Items damaged by misuse, accident, modification, or failure to follow instructions
Lost, Stolen, or Undelivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility passes to the recipient. We are not liable for packages reported as lost, stolen, mis-delivered, or undelivered after the carrier's scan confirms delivery. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback prior to contacting us and allowing a reasonable resolution period (minimum 10 business days) constitutes a breach of these terms. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested with full transaction evidence and may be referred for collection.
Product Appearance
Product images, packaging, color, and finish shown on the website are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the physical item received. Variations in finish, accessory configuration, packaging, country of manufacture, and labelling do not constitute a defect and are not grounds for return.

All return correspondence must be submitted in writing to support@radia.com. No return will be processed without prior written authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
This policy does not affect statutory rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction.
