Shipping & Delivery Terms

Version 3.0Effective 1 March 2026Steinhoff Group LLC

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and the methods, transit estimates and charges for your destination are shown at checkout before you pay. This document sets out the full conditions that apply: when risk passes to you, who pays customs, what happens if a parcel is delayed, refused or lost, and how damage claims work.

Returns are covered by a separate document

Radia devices are sold as final sale. Returns, defect claims and refunds are governed exclusively by the Returns & Refund Policy. Transit damage, a shortage or an incorrect item must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

1.Scope

1.1
These Shipping & Delivery Terms form part of our Terms of Service and apply to every Order dispatched by Radia.
1.2
Available methods, transit estimates and charges for your destination are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. The figures shown at checkout are the ones that apply to your Order.

2.Processing and Dispatch

2.1
Processing time.Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of successful payment and address verification. Processing time is additional to transit time and excludes weekends and public holidays.
2.2
Peak periods.During launches, sale events and seasonal peaks, processing may take longer. We publish notice on the Site where a material delay is expected.
2.3
Payment clearance.Dispatch begins only once payment has cleared. Orders held for fraud or address verification are not dispatched until verification is complete, and the processing clock restarts from that point.
2.4
Split shipments. We may ship an Order in more than one parcel, from more than one location, at no extra charge to you. Parcels in a split shipment may arrive on different days and carry separate tracking.
2.5
Backorders and pre-orders.Where an item is on backorder or pre-order, the estimated availability date shown at the point of sale is an estimate only. We may ship available items first and follow with the remainder.

3.Rates and Free Shipping

3.1
Rates.Shipping charges depend on destination, weight and the method you select, and are displayed at checkout before payment. Charges are non-refundable once an Order has been dispatched.
3.2
Free shipping threshold.Where a free-shipping offer applies, it is assessed on the eligible merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax, and applies to the standard method only. The current threshold is $200 unless a different figure is stated at checkout.
3.3
Upgrades. An expedited method shortens transit time only. It does not shorten processing time and does not guarantee a delivery date.

4.Delivery Estimates

4.1
Estimates are not guarantees. All transit and delivery times are estimates only and are not contractual commitments. Time is not of the essence. We are not liable for loss arising from a late delivery, including a missed birthday, holiday, event or gifting occasion.
4.2
Business days.Estimates are expressed in business days and exclude weekends, public holidays and carrier non-operating days at origin, transit and destination.
4.3
Tracking.Tracking details are emailed once a label is generated. Carrier scans may take up to 48 hours to appear and may not update daily while a parcel is moving between hubs.
4.4
Causes of delay.Customs inspection, weather, carrier capacity, incorrect address, failed access, missed collection, local strike action and any event described in the force majeure clause of the Terms of Service may extend transit beyond the estimate.

5.Addresses and Delivery Instructions

5.1
Your responsibility. You are responsible for entering a complete, accurate and deliverable address including any unit, apartment, building or access detail. We ship to the address supplied at checkout.
5.2
Changes after submission.Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an Order is submitted. Once a label is generated, any redirection is a matter for the carrier and any fee is yours.
5.3
Consequences of an incorrect address.Where a parcel is delayed, returned or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the cost of re-delivery, redirection, storage or return is yours, and no refund or replacement is due for a Product lost as a result.
5.4
Restricted destinations. We may decline to ship to PO boxes, freight forwarders, package-consolidation services, hotels, temporary addresses, or any destination we consider high-risk or subject to sanctions or import restriction.
5.5
Carrier instructions. If you instruct the carrier to leave a parcel without signature, at a neighbour, in an unsecured location or at an alternative address, you assume all risk arising from that instruction.

6.Title and Risk of Loss

6.1
Title in the Products passes to you on receipt of full payment.
6.2
Risk of loss and damage passes to you on delivery as recorded by the carrier, including where the parcel is signed for by any person at the address, left in a safe place, given to a concierge, mailroom or neighbour, or placed in a locker or collection point.
6.3
Once the carrier records delivery, responsibility for the parcel rests with the recipient, and any subsequent theft or loss is not our liability. See Section 9 of the Returns & Refund Policy.

7.International Shipping, Customs and Duties

7.1
Importer of record. For international deliveries you are the importer of record and are responsible for compliance with all import, product-safety, electrical-standard and labelling requirements at the destination.
7.2
Duties and taxes. All customs duties, import taxes, VAT or GST on import, brokerage, clearance, handling and disbursement fees are your responsibility and are charged separately by the carrier or authority. They are not included in our prices and are not refundable by us.
7.3
Unpaid charges.Where import charges are not paid and the parcel is returned or destroyed, we may deduct outbound carriage, return carriage and charges incurred from any amount otherwise refundable, and no refund is due for goods not received back in resaleable condition.
7.4
Customs inspection.Customs authorities may open, inspect, delay, seize or destroy a parcel. We cannot influence this and are not liable for a resulting delay, damage or loss.
7.5
Declarations. We declare goods and values accurately as required by law. We cannot mark an Order as a gift, under-declare a value, or alter a commercial invoice on request.

8.Non-Delivery, Refusal and Return to Sender

8.1
Reporting a missing parcel.Report a parcel that has not arrived, or that has stopped tracking, to support@radia.company within 30 days of the last carrier scan so that we can lodge a claim with the carrier. Any remedy depends on the outcome of that claim.
8.2
Failed delivery attempts.Where the carrier is unable to deliver, the parcel is typically held for collection for a limited period before being returned. Monitor your tracking and arrange collection within the carrier window.
8.3
Refused or unclaimed parcels.A refused or unclaimed parcel is not a cancellation. We may deduct outbound carriage, return carriage, duties incurred and a reasonable restocking charge from any amount otherwise refundable.
8.4
Interception.Attempting to refuse, recall or intercept a parcel in transit is treated as a refused delivery and does not create a right to a refund.

9.Damage, Shortage and Incorrect Items

9.1
Inspect your parcel and its contents on arrival. Transit damage, a shortage or an incorrect item must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with the evidence set out in Section 6 of the Returns & Refund Policy.
9.2
Retain the Product, all accessories and the inner and outer packaging until the claim is closed. Discarding packaging before a claim is resolved will result in the claim being declined.
9.3
Where damage is visible on the outer packaging at the point of delivery, note it with the carrier where possible before accepting the parcel.

10.Returns

10.1
Final sale.Radia devices are personal-care products used on the face and around the eyes. All sales are final. We do not offer change-of-mind returns, exchanges or refunds, and we do not provide prepaid return labels.
10.2
Limited exceptions.A verified defect, transit damage, a missing item or an incorrect item is handled under the Returns & Refund Policy, which is the only document governing returns and refunds.
10.3
Authorisation.Never send an item back without a written return authorisation from us. Unauthorised parcels may be refused or held without credit.
10.4
Statutory rights.Nothing in this Section removes a right you hold under mandatory consumer law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11.Force Majeure and Service Changes

11.1
We are not liable for a delay or failure to deliver caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, as described in the force majeure clause of the Terms of Service.
11.2
We may change carriers, methods, thresholds, rates and serviced destinations at any time. The terms shown at checkout when you place your Order apply to that Order.

12.Contact

12.1
Delivery enquiries: support@radia.company. Please include your order reference and the tracking number so we can respond without delay.
Nothing in these terms affects any right or remedy available to you under mandatory consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
